Iran Kaolin & Barite Co. Operates through different mining licenses located in Markazi, and Semnan Provinces, with annual capacity of 250,000 Mt, regards to several mining exploration, and development Projects.
Crushing Processing Facilities
Kaobar Plant equipped with crushing system with capacity of 500 metric ton per day, and also processing equipment with capacity of 40 metric ton per hour with the ability of producing barite lumps from size 0-15 mm with specific gravity of minimum 4.20 gr/ml.
Grinding & Packaging Facilities
Kaobar produces different grades of drilling powders mainly for Oil & Natural Gas industries, Ceramic, Painting, and Casting through two different facilities located in Semnan-Damghan road and also a new facility which is placed in Semnan industrial city with the annual capacity of 150,000 metric ton.
Iran Kaolin & Barite (Kaobar) is able to pack in various Packaging based on customer’s request in Jumbo bag 1000-1500 kg, and Kraft bag 25-40 kg.
Kaobar has been producing and Exporting micronized Powders for Oil & Natural Gas industries under the different global standards such as API (American Petroleum Institute), and OCMA (Oil Company Material Association) to the world’s leading Oil & Natural Gas Services companies in our region.
Laboratory and Quality Control
Kaobar is equipped with all relevant instruments, which are required for analyzing all parameters in each stage of production in both plants.
Our staff conducts ongoing inspection of raw materials in process quality control , and also for final product checking stage in order to preserve consistency of product`s quality.
Kaobar achieved ISO 9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001 due to impressive production lines, pleasant environment and customer Satisfaction.
